In Store Experience

I'm plus size. Do you carry things for me?

Absolutely!  In addition to missy sizes, we also carry XXL, 1X, 2X and 3X and shoes in wide and double wide.  Our experienced stylists know exactly what looks good on each and every shape.  Trust us, you will fall in love with the outfits they create for you!

I'm petite.  Do you carry things for me?

Yes!  We have petite pants as well as petite tops and jackets.  Let us help you find just the right fit!

I always have a hard time finding clothes that fit well and look good.  Help!

We've got you covered!  Visit us, you won't be disappointed in what we put together for you.  From the clothes, to the accessories and shoes, we will make sure you'll feel as good as you look.  Promise!

I need a gift, can you help me?

Of course!  We will ask you all the right questions about your special someone and together we'll come up with a gift she will remember.  In a hurry?  No problem!  Pick up a gift certificate and you'll be on your way.  Your gal can come shop at her convenience and we will give her the red carpet treatment she deserves!

I'm looking for something to do with a group of my friends.... like a girls night out.  Any ideas?

We've got you covered!  For several years we have offered a Girls Night Out experience.  Think private in store shopping with your very own stylist.  Drinks.  Treats.  Buying all the latest looks in a relaxed and fun environment.  And did we mention drinks and treats?  We know everyone is busy and sometimes we just need to get away for an hour or two and reward ourselves.  It will be a night you and your friends won't soon forget.  Give us a call for more details and availability.


I'm not sure what size to order?

It can definitely be difficult to shop online because you can't try anything on!  While we would love to see you in our stores, we realize that isn't always possible.  If you are looking for sizing help, please call us at 608.742.5711 and we will try to guide you as to what would be best for you.



Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes!  We would love to help you with a phone order.

You can reach us at (608) 742.5711 Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 4:00pm CST.

To speed up the process, please have the product name(s) of the piece(s) you want to purchase on hand when you call. 

Please have your Visa, Mastercard or Discover ready when you call.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover over the phone. 

If you are shopping in person we accept the credit cards listed above as well as cash and *some* personal checks.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Applicable sales tax will be added automatically to your order if we are shipping to WI. If you do not see sales tax added to your order amount at checkout then you will not be charged sales tax.

Can I use promo codes with the purchase of already discounted items or sale items?

Promo codes and offers cannot be combined with already discounted items or sale items.

Can I use promo codes and/or discounts with gift card purchases?

Discounts and promo codes cannot be used for the purchase of a gift card.

Was I charged twice?

If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling debit/credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 - 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your debit/credit card.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! Once your order is initially processed (usually within 2-4 hours) we will be unable to change or cancel your order.



When will my order ship?

We will make every effort to get it on it's way to you ASAP!  Domestic orders ship within 2-4 business days, between Monday and Saturday.  We do not ship internationally at this time.

What is the charge for shipping?

You items ship FREE on orders over $100! 

For orders below $100, we offer $12.95 flat-rate shipping.

Pick Up In-Store

When can I pick up my order?

Standard Orders
We need 1 business day to process and complete your order.  We will call you just as soon as it is ready to schedule a pick up time.

Can I add or remove items from my order if it is pickup in-store?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us at (608)742.5711 as soon as possible. Making a change may delay when your order is ready for pickup.

I accidentally selected "Pickup In-Store". Can I change this to ship to my address?

Please call us at (608)742.5711 as soon as possible to make changes to your order! 



How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and if approved, processed within 5-7 business days. A gift card will be issued via email to the address used to place the original order.

Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?

All sale items are final and cannot be returned. At least you got a great deal on that amazing item!

I returned an item and have not received my gift card code yet! What do I do?

If you have not received an email with your gift card code 5-7 business days after we have received it here, please let us know! You can email at FancyPantsPortage@frontier.com or call us Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM CST. Keep in mind that sometimes the email may filter into your junk or spam folder! Please check there before reaching out.  Also, note that the email sent out by the Returns Department with your gift card code is sent to the email that was used when ordering.


Gift Certificates

Do you have gift certificates?

Yes! You can call us at (608)742.5711 and treat that special someone.

How will my eGift Card be sent to the recipient?

All eGift Cards are sent electronically via email. We do not offer physical Gift Cards to be purchased online at this time.  We do however have gift cards that can be purchased in store.

Does my gift card code or store credit expire?

Gift card codes and store credit codes will expire five years from the date issued.
